When is a refund applicable?
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product if:
You experience any side effects or harm after using the product
The product does not deliver results as described
The product does not meet your expectations or you do not wish to continue using it
You receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery
Requests after 15 days will not be accepted
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original packaging
The product should not be excessively used
Order receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected
The paid amount will be fully refunded
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), ZAVER Beauty Cosmetics will bear the shipping charges
If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer

ZAVER Beauty Cosmetics اپنے کاروبار کو اسلامی اصولوں (امانت، دیانت اور آسانی) کے مطابق چلاتی ہے۔ ہم کسٹمر کے حق کو اپنی ذمہ داری سمجھتے ہیں۔
ریفنڈ کن صورتوں میں قابلِ قبول ہوگا؟
آپ پروڈکٹ 15 دن کے اندر واپس کر سکتے ہیں اگر:
پروڈکٹ کے استعمال سے کسی قسم کا نقصان یا سائیڈ ایفیکٹ محسوس ہو
پروڈکٹ نے بیان کردہ نتائج فراہم نہ کیے ہوں
پروڈکٹ آپ کو پسند نہ آئے یا آپ مطمئن نہ ہوں
آپ کو غلط، خراب، لیک شدہ یا ڈیمیج پروڈکٹ موصول ہوئی ہو
ریٹرن کی مدت
پروڈکٹ موصول ہونے کے بعد 15 دن کے اندر ریٹرن کی درخواست دینا ضروری ہے
15 دن کے بعد ریٹرن یا ریفنڈ قابلِ قبول نہیں ہوگا
ریٹرن کی شرائط
پروڈکٹ کے ساتھ اصل پیکنگ ہونا لازمی ہے
پروڈکٹ حد سے زیادہ استعمال شدہ نہ ہو
آرڈر رسید یا ثبوت فراہم کرنا ضروری ہے
ریفنڈ کا طریقہ
پروڈکٹ کی وصولی اور جانچ کے بعد
آپ کی ادا کردہ رقم آپ کو واپس کر دی جائے گی
ریفنڈ کا عمل 7 تا 10 ورکنگ دن میں مکمل ہوگا
ریٹرن شپنگ پالیسی
اگر پروڈکٹ ہماری غلطی کی وجہ سے خراب یا غلط ہو تو شپنگ چارجز ZAVER Beauty Cosmetics برداشت کرے گا
ذاتی ناپسندیدگی کی صورت میں ریٹرن شپنگ چارجز کسٹمر ادا کرے گا
